I just read the Baby &amp; Caregiver Attendance policy that Automattic will fly your baby and whoever is caring for them to be with you at a meetup while you\u2019re breastfeeding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everyone talks about closing the gap for women in the workforce after kids. This is the first time I\u2019ve seen a company actually pay for the answer. <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u2764\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/2764.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude2d\" class=\"wp-smiley\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/17.0.2\/72x72\/1f62d.png\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I don\u2019t think you hear this enough, so I want to say it plainly: <strong>thank you, THANK YOU.<\/strong> Forever grateful.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/stephanieospina10_i-need-to-give-a-shoutout-to-automattic-share-7495485415852982272-C-Oq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stephanie Ospina<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/stephanieospina10_i-need-to-give-a-shoutout-to-automattic-share-7495485415852982272-C-Oq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">also posted about it on LinkedIn<\/a>.
